President and CEO – Jim Foster
Jim Foster is president and CEO of Paramount Alarm Systems, Inc. He is a fifth generation native of Dallas County. After serving two years in the US Army he was employed for over ten years as a plant manager for Johnson & Johnson before founding Paramount Alarm.
Jim also served as the chief elected official for Dallas County, Texas from January 1, 2007 until December 31, 2010. He has now returned full time as the general manager and CEO of Paramount. He firmly believes that customer loyalty should be the base of every business foundation and that loyalty will only come if our customers receive excellent care and service.
Jim has written three books about early Dallas County and continues to be actively involved in Dallas area historical organizations in addition to Lions Club International.
